If you wish to cancel your web hosting service(s), you may log into WHMCS at clients.panamacitypc.com and cancel your products in your account. Alternatively, you may contact us using the form at the bottom of PanamaCityPC.com or using the ticket system at My Tickets to request cancellation. We will gladly terminate your hosting at the end of the payment period or immediately, per your stated preference.
If you wish to cancel your web design while it is still in progress, please contact us using one of the methods listed above to request a cancellation.
If you are not satisfied with your web hosting, you may contact us within 30 days and we will issue a 100% refund. If you have had service for more than 30 days, we will issue a prorated refund for the paid hosting time remaining.
As we generally follow the payment policy of “half upfront and half upon completion”, there are three possible stages a refund might be requested:
1. After half has been paid:
If you have paid us to start your web design and decide to cancel before we have presented a completed design for your approval, we will refund your payment.
2. After we submit the final design for your approval:
If you have paid us to start your web design and decide to cancel upon seeing the final design for your approval, we do not offer a refund of your initial payment, but we will not require you to pay the other half (and we will not release the design to you).
3. After you have given your final approval:
If you have given your final approval to the web design, we will issue no refunds.
We reserve the right to grant refunds in extraordinary cases at our discretion at any time without invalidating any other instances where we choose to adhere to the policies listed elsewhere in this page. In other words, if we are more generous than this policy expresses in one instance, we are in no way required to be more generous in any other instance.
